Research on College Students’ Mental Health Education in the Context of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

心理健康教育是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分，要全面落实立德树人的根本任务，就要推进二者融合。然而，在实际教育工作中，当代大学生的思想和心理现状以及高校自身思想政治教育体系的缺陷使二者的融合陷入困境。要想加强思想政治教育与心理健康教育的融合，就要科学把握学生的认同心理、从众心理和积极心理，有效助推思想政治教育效能的正向发挥。通过纠正认知偏差、创新育人方法、打造专业化队伍等方面探索心理健康教育融入思想政治教育的完善途径。
Mental health education is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and the integration of the two should be promoted in order to comprehensively im-plement the fundamental task of establishing moral education. However, in the actual educational work, the ideological and psychological status of contemporary college students and the defects of the ideological and political education system of colleges and universities make the integration of the two into a difficult situation. In order to strengthen the integration of ideological and political education and mental health education, it is necessary to scientifically grasp the psychology of stu-dents’ identity, herd mentality and positive psychology, and effectively promote the efficacy of ide-ological and political education to play a positive role. We should explore the perfect way to inte-grate mental health education into ideological and political education by correcting cognitive bias, innovating parenting methods and building professional teams.
