Abstract:

目的:探讨影响中小学生抑郁心理的成因及干预策略。方法:研究采取扎根理论研究方法,运用系统化的步骤,针对中小学生抑郁心理这一普遍现象展开,通过不断从咨询过程与语音记录资料中归纳整合,自下而上得出理论框架。结果:1) 家族影响因素、成长期因素与养育方式因素、压力事件因素、抑郁易感因素是影响中小学生抑郁心理的五大重要因素;2) 五大因素各自对学生的心理发展产生影响,同时也组合在一起产生影响,导致中小学生抑郁心理的形成。结论:导致中小学生抑郁心理的原因复杂多样,每个原因在各自产生影响的同时也在交互作用共同导致了中小学生抑郁心理的成因,所以对于中小学生抑郁得干预,需要集聚学校、医院、咨询师、家庭四个方面的力量和资源,才能有一个全面、深入、长远的干预效果。
Objective: To explore the causes and intervention strategies of depression among primary and sec-ondary school students. Methods: The research adopting grounded theory research method, using systematic steps, to address the common phenomenon of depression among primary and secondary school students. Through continuous induction and integration from the consultation process and voice recording data, a theoretical framework is derived from the bottom up. Results: 1) Family in-fluencing factors, growth factors, parenting style factors, stress event factors, and depression sus-ceptibility factors are the five important factors that affect the depressive psychology of primary and secondary school students; 2) The five major factors each have an impaction the psychological development of students, but also combine to have an impact, leading to the formation of depres-sion among primary and secondary school students. Conclusion: The causes of depression among primary and secondary school students are complex and diverse, and each cause has its own im-pact, but also interacts to jointly lead to the causes of depression among primary and secondary school students. Therefore, for intervention on depression among primary and secondary school students, it is necessary to gather the strength and resources of schools, hospitals, counselors, and families in order to have a comprehensive, in-depth, and long-term intervention effect.
