积极心理学在大学生思想政治教育中的应用研究

大学生是整个社会的中流砥柱，做好大学生的思想政治教育工作是十分重要的。随着社会的发展，大学生群体面临的压力越来越多，心理和思想都产生了许多变化，因此，如何对大学生进行有效的心理健康教育成为了大学生思想政治教育工作中亟待解决的问题。积极心理学坚持以积极的眼光看待人们的心理问题，充分挖掘人的潜能，使人类走向幸福。本文在阐述积极心理学主要内容的基础上分析了其融入大学生思想政治教育的必要性和可行性，从而为积极心理学应用于大学生思想政治教育提供了路径选择，给相关教育工作者提供参考。
College students are the backbone of the entire society, and it is very important to do a good job in ideological and political education for college students. With the development of society, the group of college students is facing more and more pressure, and there have been many changes in their psychology and ideology. Therefore, how to provide effective mental health education for college students has become an urgent problem to be solved in the ideological and political education work of college students. Positive psychology adheres to a positive perspective on people’s psychological problems, fully tapping into their potential, and leading humanity towards happiness. On the basis of elaborating on the main content of positive psychology, this article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of integrating it into ideological and political education for college students, thus provid-ing a path choice for the application of positive psychology in ideological and political education for college students and providing reference for relevant educators.
