高校青年教师职业使命感的建立——工作重塑的视角

Abstract:
寻找激励高校青年教师的有效方法已成为高校管理者与研究者的关注热点。职业使命感作为人们对于工作意义的强烈体验感,是高校青年教师存在的发展与成就需要。本文关注高校青年教师主动参与工作设计的工作重塑行为对其职工使命感的影响,并对其可能的中介机制(工作控制感、工作意义、积极情绪)与调节机制(重要他人、组织氛围、社会声望)进行探讨。
The search for effective methods to motivate young university teachers has become a hot topic of interest for university administrators and researchers. Career calling, as a strong experiential feeling of meaning in work, is essential for the development and achievement of young university teachers. This article focuses on the impact of proactive job crafting behavior, in which young university teachers actively participate in the design of their work, on their sense of career calling. It also explores possible mediating mechanisms (such as a sense of control over work, work significance, and positive emotions) and moderating mechanisms (important others, organizational atmosphere, and social reputation).
