Abstract:

针对沿海滩涂基础地理信息数据难以获取的问题,本文提出了利用机载激光扫描系统获取沿海滩涂基础地理信息数据的方法。根据辽宁省沿海滩涂地貌及潮汐特性,研究如何进行航线设计、航线布设、检校场布设及航摄飞行以获取完整准确的沿海滩涂基础地理信息数据。该方法相对于传统测量方式不仅在工作效率上有很大的提高,同时还解决了最低潮线难测量的问题,并在后期数据处理期间无需地面控制点,避免了测量人员进入滩涂区域采集数据的工作。
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to obtain basic geographic information data along the beach, this paper proposes a method of using an airborne laser scanning system to obtain basic ge-ographic information data along the beach. According to the landform and tidal characteristics along the beach in Liaoning Province, we study how to carry out route design, route layout, school layout and aerial photography flights to obtain complete and accurate basic geographical infor-mation data along the beach. Compared with the traditional measurement method, this method not only greatly improves the work efficiency, but also solves the problem that the lowest tidal line is difficult to measure, and there is no need for ground control points during the later data processing, which avoids the work of surveyors entering the beach area to collect data.
