随着我国城镇化建设工作不断发展，房地产开发企业发展速度日益加快，房屋共有面积分配问题日益突出。在房屋建筑面积计算中，要保护所有人的权益，实现公共建筑的合理分配，就需要对公共建筑的有关分配问题作进一步的探讨。本项目首先从现有房屋测量公共区域划分中出现的问题出发，分析其成因，并从划分原则、计算模式、人才培养三个角度，研究公共区域划分中公共区域划分的问题，并给出相应的解决方案，以期为同类项目提供借鉴。
With the continuous development of urbanization construction in China, the development speed of real estate development enterprises is accelerating, and the issue of shared housing area allocation is becoming increasingly prominent. In the calculation of building area, in order to protect the rights and interests of everyone and achieve reasonable distribution of public buildings, it is neces-sary to further explore the distribution issues related to public buildings. This project first starts from the problems that arise in the division of public areas in existing housing measurement, ana-lyzes their causes, and studies the problems in public area division from the perspectives of division principles, calculation models, and talent cultivation. Corresponding solutions are provided to pro-vide reference for similar projects.
