Abstract:

随着我国老龄化程度的不断加深,老年人口数量越来越多,但养老服务人才供给不足,难以满足日益增长的养老服务需求。养老服务人才培养是养老产业发展的关键,只有健全的养老服务人才培养体系才能保证养老产业健康发展,从而满足日益增长的养老服务需求。文章从政府层面、养老机构层面和学校教育层面分别分析了我国养老服务人才队伍建设的困境。结合老龄化背景下养老服务人才培养出现的问题进行探究,并针对相关问题提出了养老服务人才队伍建设的建议:政府应加强顶层设计,健全相关激励机制;养老机构加强培训,提升养老服务人员专业化水平;学校应不断完善课程体系,鼓励校企合作。
With the deepening of the aging of our country, the number of the elderly population is increasing, but the supply of old-age services is insufficient, it is difficult to meet the growing demand for old-age services. Pension service personnel training is the key to the development of the pension industry. Only a sound pension service personnel training system can ensure the healthy development of the pension industry and meet the growing demand for pension services. This paper analyzes the predicament of the construction of our country’s endowment service talents from the government level, the endowment institution level and the school education level. Combined with the problems in the training of old-age service talents under the background of aging, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of old-age service talents: the government should strengthen the top-level design and improve the relevant incentive mechanism; strengthen the training of pension institutions and improve the professional level of pension service personnel; schools should constantly improve the curriculum system and encourage cooperation between schools and enterprises.
