人口老龄化背景下养老服务产业的发展困境与路径思考
The Development Dilemma and Path Thinking of Elderly Service Industry Industry under the Background of Population Aging

为了应对人口老龄化带来的养老服务缺口，近年来，我国开展养老服务产业化，完善相关的政策法规，鼓励社会力量共同参与。但我国目前的农村养老服务产业存在养老观念融合难、产业融资难、供需结构失衡以及专业人员缺乏、监管不严等问题；基于此，新时期我国农村养老服务产业应当从文化体系建设、产业结构、融资渠道、人才建设和监管方面发力，基层农村干部应当支持和不断引导养老服务产业协同发展。
In order to cope with the gap in pension services brought about by the aging of the population, in recent years, China has carried out the industrialization of pension services, improved relevant policies and regulations, and encouraged the joint participation of social forces. However, China’s current elderly service industry exists in the integration of pension concepts, industrial financing, supply and demand structure imbalance, as well as the lack of professionals, lax supervision and other problems; based on this, the new period of China’s elderly service industry should be from the construction of the cultural system, the industrial structure, financing channels, talent construction and supervision, grass-roots cadres should be supportive of the synergistic development of the pension service industry and continue to guide the development of the pension service industry.
