Abstract:

高校辅导员心理健康素养是在育人实践中生成的,能够正确把握新时代大学生思想状况和行动方式以及促进新时代大学生自觉成长所拥有的知识、技能、态度与人格。为了有效提升高校辅导员心理健康素养,必须明确其内涵以及其在新时代所面临的挑战,职责分工不明、社会地位不高、考评标准单一等,需要制定科学的政策和措施,从实践理路上看,提升高校辅导员心理健康素养需要明确工作职责,创设辅导员的自身发展空间;重视核心诉求,增强高校辅导员的职业认同;完善考评体系,促进高校辅导员的职业发展。
The mental health quality of college counselors is generated in the practice of educating people, and they can correctly grasp the ideological status and action mode of college students in the new era, as well as the knowledge, skills, attitude and personality of college students in the new era to promote their conscious growth. In order to effectively improve the mental health literacy of college counselors, it is necessary to clarify its connotation and the challenges it faces in the new era. The division of responsibilities is unclear, the social status is not high, and the evaluation standard is single, etc. Scientific policies and measures need to be formulated. From the perspective of practice, to improve the mental health literacy of college counselors, it is necessary to clarify the job responsibilities and create a space for their own development. Pay attention to the core demands and enhance the professional identity of college counselors; improve the evaluation system and promote the career development of college counselors.
