老工业城区转型升级困境及对策研究——以K区为例
A Study on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Transformation and Upgrading of Old Industrial Urban Areas —A Case Study of District K

随着我国经济进入高质量发展阶段，城市化进程和城市发展水平也在不断提升。在城市寻求高质量发展的进程中，老工业城区的转型升级是城市发展不可避免的问题。为推动城市高质量发展，许多城市的老工业城区开始积极推动转型道路，以此为城市发展注入活力。本文以K区为研究区域，分析该区域更新升级的制约因素，廓清此问题对于K区未来发展具有一定的现实意义。本文通过对K区进行实地调研，对居民、企业、政府的相关人员进行半结构化访谈，了解该区的发展现状。研究发现，目前制约K区转型发展的因素主要来自自然环境、企业、政策支持三个层面。本文基于制约因素的分析，有针对性地为K区转型升级提出对策建议。
As China’s economy has entered a new stage of high-quality development, the pace of urbanization has accelerated and the level of urban development has been significantly improved. In the process of seeking high-quality development, the transformation and upgrading of old industrial urban areas is an inevitable problem in urban development. In order to promote the high-quality development of cities, the old industrial urban areas in many cities have begun to actively promote transformation and development, thus energizing urban development. This study takes District K as the research object, analyses the factors constraining the renewal and upgrading of the district, and clarifies this problem for the future development of District K has certain practical significance. In this paper, we conducted field research on District K and semistructured interviews with residents, enterprises and government staff to understand the current development situation of the district. The study found that the current constraints on the transformation and development of District K mainly come from three levels: natural environment, enterprises, and policy support. Based on an analysis of constraints, this literature proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and modernization of District K.
