个案管理员在特殊教育领域运用的重要性
The Importance of Case Administrators Applying in the Field of Special Education

残障人士的未来安置和养护问题一直是特殊教育需要家庭的最大忧思。这一问题要考虑众多因素：地理环境、教育资源、社会包容度、资金投入、供应商质量等。所以就需要引入社会工作者——个案管理员。结合大量资料以及跟踪个案管理员电访调查和问卷，本研究提出“门诊式”个案管理服务以及个案管理员在特殊教育领域运用的重要性。并且对于此项介入服务的运用具体阐述，继而探究出运用过程中的问题并且提出相关解决措施。
The future placement and maintenance of people with disabilities has always been the biggest con-cern of families with special education needs. Many factors need to be considered in this issue: geographical environment, educational resources, social inclusion, capital investment, supplier quality and so on. So it is necessary to introduce social workers—case managers. Combined with a large amount of data and questionnaire tracking case administrators, this study proposes the importance of “outpatient” case management service and case administrators in the field of special education. In addition, the application of this intervention service is elaborated, and then the problems in the application process are explored and relevant solutions are put forward.
