心理健康教育融入高校思想政治教育的路径探析
Exploration of the Path of Mental Health Education into Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

随着改革开放的不断深入，中国高校越来越重视学生心理健康教育，并将其融入到思想政治教育当中，使之变成一种更加专业化的实践活动，以期形成“1 + 1 > 2”的合力。但在长期的实施过程中，高校心理健康教育与思想政治教育经常各自为政，融合性不强。基于此，应该明确心理健康教育在思想政治教育中的地位和作用，梳理分析二者融合的困境。文章通过阐述高校心理健康教育与思想政治教育结合的必要性以及其中存在的一些问题，提出具体的合力育人的策略，以期促进高校大学生的全面发展。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, Chinese colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to students’ mental health education and integrating it into ideological and po-litical education, turning it into a more specialized practical activity, with a view to forming the synergy of “1 + 1 > 2”. However, in the long-term implementation process, mental health education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities often work separately, and the integration is not strong. Based on this, the status and role of mental health education in ideological and political education should be clarified, and the dilemma of integrating the two should be ana-lyzed. By elaborating on the necessity of combining mental health education and ideological and po-litical education in colleges and universities and some of the problems that exist in them, the article puts forward specific strategies for joint efforts to educate people, with a view to promoting the all-round development of college students in colleges and universities.
