Abstract:

进入新时代以来,我国的高校“三全育人”实践取得了显著的成绩,但在两个大局背景下,面对新的形势,亟需推进高校“三全育人”实践的创新发展。将积极心理学融入高校“三全育人”实践,有助于满足学生全面发展的必须性,增强高校“三全育人”针对性和时效性。二者融合的路径有:转变教育理念,健全积极的全员育人队伍;增强教育实效,建立积极的全过程教育机制;优化教育环境,构建积极的全方位教育体系。
Since entering the new era, the practice of “three complete education” in colleges and universities has made remarkable achievements, but under the two overall backgrounds, facing the new situation, it is urgent to promote the innovative development of the practice of “three complete education” in colleges and universities. Integrating positive psychology into the practice of “three complete education” in colleges and universities is helpful to meet the necessity of students’ comprehensive development and enhance the pertinence and timeliness of “three complete education” in colleges and universities. The integration of the two include: Changing the education concept, improving the positive education team; enhancing the effectiveness of education, establishing a positive whole-process education mechanism; optimizing the education environment, and building a positive and comprehensive education system.
