农产品价格波动对农民的生产生活和我国乡村振兴战略的顺利实施有着很大影响。目前我国农产品领域的价格法律法规仍有待完善，没有构建有效的农产品价格监管和服务机制，是农产品价格异动的原因之一。保障农产品价格平稳，需要建立强有力的价格法律体系和监管服务体系，并完善农产品领域的定价机制、补贴机制、预警机制和信息公开机制，确保农产品生产者的产销活动稳定有序。
Fluctuations in the prices of agricultural products have a great impact on the production and life of farmers and on the smooth implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy. At present, China’s price laws and regulations in the field of agricultural products still need to be improved, and the failure to build an effective mechanism for regulating and servicing the prices of agricultural products is one of the reasons for the price volatility of agricultural products. To ensure stable prices for agricultural products, it is necessary to establish a strong price law system and regulatory service system, and to improve the pricing mechanism, subsidy mechanism, early warning mechanism and information disclosure mechanism in the area of agricultural products, so as to ensure the stability of the production and marketing activities by producers.
