大数据背景下未成年人个人信息的法律保护
Legal Protection of Minors’ Personal Information under the Background of Big Data

近年来，随着我国社会经济的发展和互联网技术的提高，个人信息逐渐成为重要的社会资源，带来了巨大的经济效益。因此，各行各业为精准营销在不断收集和利用个人信息，个人信息泄露的现象越来越严重。对此，我国不断完善相关法律来加强对个人信息的保护力度，但我国现有关于未成年人个人信息的法律规定较为零散，存在未成年人个人信息保护标准过高、监护人同意制度模糊等问题。文章通过对问题原因进行分析和研究，试图找到适合我国未成年人个人信息的保护路径。
In recent years, with the development of China’s social economy and the improvement of Internet technology, personal information has gradually become an important social resource, bringing great economic benefits. Therefore, all walks of life are constantly collecting and using personal information for precision marketing, and the phenomenon of personal information leakage is becoming more and more serious. In this regard, China constantly improves relevant laws and strengthens the protection of personal information. However, the existing legal provisions on minors’ personal information in China are scattered, and there are some problems such as too high standards for the protection of minors’ personal information and vague consent system of guardians. By analyzing and studying the causes of the problem, this paper tries to find a path to protect the personal information of minors in China.
