高职院校作为人才培养基地，不仅为国家培养了大批后备人才，也在此过程中创造出了大量的知识、技术和专利。并且随着相关法律法规的出台，直接赋予了高职院校部分管理知识产权的权利，因此，其有责任加强知识产权的保护和管理。近年来，各个高职院校也在积极寻找对策来加强知识产权的管理与保护，亦取得了不错的成绩，但仍然存在知识产权转化率较低、知识产权保护意识比较薄弱、缺少专业部门及人才、缺少资金等问题，需从提高知识产权社会效益、配备专业管理人才及机构、提供专项资金等方面加以完善。

With the enactment of relevant laws and regulations, higher vocational colleges are endowed with some rights to manage intellectual property rights, so they have the responsibility to strengthen the protection and management of intellectual property rights. In recent years, various higher vocational colleges are also actively looking for countermeasures to strengthen the management and protection of intellectual property rights, and have achieved good results, however, there are still some problems such as low conversion rate of intellectual property rights, weak awareness of intellectual property rights protection, lack of professional departments and talents, lack of funds, etc., it is necessary to improve the social benefits of intellectual property, equip professional management personnel and institutions, and provide special funds.
