Abstract:

成果导向教育(简称OBE)的教学理念是以学生为中心、以学生成果为导向、以持续改进为重点,课程思政已成为高等教育落实立德树人的重要手段。本论文基于OBE理念,以《防汛抢险原理与技术》课程为例,结合河海大学农业水利工程专业人才培养的要求,根据专业知识体系中的核心能力以及课程教学对学生达到毕业要求的贡献情况确定合理的支撑重点,着力推动专业课程与课程思政深度融合,制定科学合理的教学目标和思政育人目标,充分挖掘课程教学内容中蕴含的育人元素,转变成绩评定理念,强化过程考核,注重学习成果,建立多元化考核标准,从而提升课程教学“育人育德”功能,有效实现知识传授、价值引领和能力培养的有机融合。
The teaching philosophy of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) is student-centered, stu-dent-results-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement. Curriculum ideological and political education has become an important means of implementing moral education in higher education. In this paper, based on the OBE concept, taking the course “Flood Control Principle and Technology” as an example, combined with the requirements for talent cultivation in the agricultural and water conservancy engineering major of Hohai University, reasonable support points are determined based on the core competencies in the professional knowledge system and the contribution of course teaching to students’ graduation requirements. Efforts are made to promote the deep integration of professional courses and ideological and political education, and scientific and reasonable teaching objectives and ideological and political education goals are formulated, fully exploring the educational elements contained in the course teaching content, transforming the concept of performance evaluation, strengthening process assessment, focusing on learning outcomes, and establishing diversified assessment standards, thereby enhancing the “education and moral education” function of course teaching, effectively achieving the organic integration of knowledge transmission, value guidance, and ability cultivation.
