依法治校视域下高校学生管理法治化的研究
Research on the Legalization of College Students’ Management from the Perspective of Running Schools According to Law

依法治校衍生自依法治国理念，高校作为先进思想理念的传播重地应积极响应国家政策，走在时代前沿，推动依法治校举措的建立实行与完善监督。高校法治化管理趋势下对学生的管理应落到实处，在实际中丰富高校学生管理法治化的内涵，完善学生法治管理的体系，培养大学生法治精神，鼓励学生广泛参与校园法治文化建设活动，细化对于高校工作人员的法治素养的培训，做到将依法治校理念从宏观到微观一一拆分，弥补现存于高校中的问题。
Running schools according to law is derived from the idea of governing the country according to law. As an important place for spreading advanced ideas, colleges and universities should actively respond to national policies, walk in the forefront of the times, and promote the establishment, implementation and perfect supervision of running schools according to law. Under the trend of rule of law management in colleges and universities, we should implement the management of students, enrich the connotation of rule of law in college students’ management, improve the system of rule of law management, cultivate the spirit of rule of law among college students, encourage students to participate in the construction of campus rule of law culture extensively, and refine the training of rule of law literacy for college staff, so as to split the concept of running schools according to law from macro to micro one by one and make up for the existing problems in colleges and universities.
