小组工作介入中职生校园欺凌预防和干预研究

Abstract:
校园欺凌严重影响青少年的身心健康成长,已成为全球性的一大教育难题。本文以中职学校作为研究场域,采用问卷调查和心理量表与访谈相结合的方法,对中职生校园欺凌相关心理因素共同作用的内在机制进行分析,构建校园欺凌心理影响因素分层关系模型。同时,立足于社会工作的专业方法理论与技术,从校园欺凌的风险性因素和保护性因素两条路径出发,建立“家庭 + 学校 + 政府 + 社会工作”的多主体联动干预模式,提升中职生心理健康品质,从认知信念源头上遏制校园欺凌行为。
School bullying seriously affects the physical and mental health growth of teenagers, and has be-come a global educational problem. This paper takes secondary vocational schools as the research field, and uses the method of questionnaire survey, psychological scale and interview to analyze the internal mechanism of the psychological factors of school bullying in secondary vocational students, and constructs a hierarchical relationship model of the psychological influencing factors of school bullying. At the same time, based on the professional method of social work theory and technology, starting from the two paths of bullying risk factors and protective factors, the multi-subject linkage intervention mode of “family + school + government + social work” is established to improve the mental health quality of secondary students and curb school bullying from the source of cognitive beliefs.
