心理健康教育融入高校思想政治教育的问题与对策研究
Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Integrating Mental Health Education into Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

心理健康教育是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分，是高校人才培养体系的重要内容，因而将心理健康教育与高校思想政治教育进行融合有助于高校培养人才。但心理健康教育融入高校思想政治教育的过程中存在的问题如果不加以解决，将会阻碍大学生正确价值观念的形成，不利于大学生实现自身的全面发展。为此，本文通过对心理健康教育融入高校思想政治教育的理论基础以及必要性进行全面分析，深入了分析二者融合过程中存在的问题，并且进一步提出了心理健康教育融入高校思想政治教育的对策与建议。
Mental health education is an important part of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and an important part of the talent training system in colleges and universities. Therefore, the integration of mental health education and ideological and political education in col-leges and universities is helpful to cultivate talents. However, if the problems existing in the process of integrating mental health education into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities are not solved, they will hinder the formation of correct values of college students and will not be conducive to their overall development. Therefore, this article comprehensively analyzes the theoretical basis and necessity of integrating mental health education into ideological and po-litical education in universities, deeply analyzes the problems in the integration process of the two, and further put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of integrating mental health educa-tion into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
