隐匿性消化道出血一例并文献复习
A Case of Occult Gastrointestinal Bleeding with Literature Review

隐匿性消化道出血是一类常规检查较难明确出血部位或较易遗漏的一种消化道疾病，常造成临床诊断及治疗的困难，其首发症状可以为头晕、乏力、面色苍白等非特异性症状，因此该病诊治困难，常致病程较长、迁延不愈，积极地进行内镜检查是隐匿性消化道出血的首选检查，内镜下治疗是该疾病的治疗措施，现汇报1例反复行胃肠镜检查后经确诊为消化道出血的病例，并结合相关文献探讨其诊断与治疗。
Occult gastrointestinal bleeding is a kind of gastrointestinal disease which is difficult to define the bleeding site or easy to be missed by routine examination, which often causes difficulties in clinical diagnosis and treatment, and its first symptom can be non-specific symptoms such as dizziness, fa-tigue, pallor and so on, so it is difficult to diagnose and treat this disease, which often leads to a longer course of the disease, and prolonged treatment, and active endoscopy is the first choice of examination for occult gastrointestinal hemorrhage, and endoscopic therapy is the treatment of the disease, and we hereby report a case in which a diagnosis of digestive hemorrhage was confirmed after repeated gastroenteroscopies, and we also explore the relevant literature to discuss the diag-nosis and treatment of the disease.
