乡村振兴背景下提升天津市文旅融合发展水平的路径探析
An Analysis of Ways to Improve the Level of Cultural and Tourism Integration in Tianjin under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴是国家发展的重大战略，按照产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总要求，有序推进乡村振兴，有利于推动农业从增产导向转向提质导向，有利于构建人与自然和谐共生的乡村发展新格局，有利于进一步丰富和传承中华优秀传统文化，对于解决新时代我国社会主要矛盾、实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦，具有深远意义。文旅融合发展对乡村振兴具有重要作用，同时乡村振兴对文旅融合发展也有积极意义。本文通过分析天津市农村文旅融合发展过程中存在的问题，提出完善组织体系、细化人才、资金政策、拓展多元融合发展模式等一系列在乡村振兴中文旅融合发展的解决方案。
Rural revitalization is a major strategy for national development. Promoting rural revitalization in an orderly manner in accordance with the general requirements of thriving industries, livable ecology, civilized village style, effective governance, and a prosperous life will help shift agriculture from one of increased production to one of improved quality, help build a new pattern of rural development featuring harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and further enrich and pass on the fine traditional Chinese culture. It is of far-reaching significance to solving the principal contradiction facing Chinese society in the new era, realizing the “two centenary goals” and the Chinese dream of great national renewal. The integrated development of culture and tourism plays an important role in the revitalization of rural areas, and the revitalization of rural areas also plays a positive role in the integrated development of culture and tourism. By analyzing the problems existing in the process of the integrated development of rural culture and tourism in Tianjin, this paper proposes a series of solutions to revitalize the integrated development of Chinese tourism in rural areas, such as improving the organizational system, refining the policy of talents and funds, and expanding the diversified integrated development mode.
