中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值和平均血小板体积与冠心病的相关性

Abstract:
目的:探讨中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、平均血小板体积(MPV)与冠心病的相关性。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月期间于我院心内三科收治的经冠状动脉造影(CAG)确诊为冠心病患者150例为冠心病组,选取同期冠脉造影阴性的患者50例为对照组。比较各组一般资料和NLR、MPV水平差异,采用二元Logistic回归评价NLR、MPV水平对冠心病的相关性关系,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析NLR、MPV对冠状动脉狭窄程度的临床诊断价值。结果:2组患者在吸烟史、NEU、HDL-C、UA、MPV、NLR方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05),Logistic回归分析显示,吸烟、MPV、NLR均是冠心病患者独立危险因素(P < 0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,NLR、MPV预测冠心病的曲线下边面积(AUC)分别为0.746、0.713。结论:在冠心病患者中,NLR、MPV水平均是冠心病的独立危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR), mean plate-let volume (MPV) and coronary heart disease. Methods: 150 patients with coronary artery disease (CHD) confirmed by coronary artery angiography (CAG) admitted to the three departments of cardi-ology of our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as CHD group, and 50 patients with negative coronary angiography during the same period were selected as control group. General data and differences in NLR and MPV levels among all groups were compared. Binary Logistic re-gression was used to evaluate the correlation between NLR and MPV levels and coronary heart dis-ease. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to analyze the clinical diagnostic value of NLR and MPV in coronary artery stenosis. Results: There were statistically significant dif-ferences in smoking history, NEU, HDL-C, UA, MPV and NLR between the two groups (P < 0.05). Lo-gistic regression analysis showed that smoking, MPV and NLR were all independent risk factors for CHD patients (P < 0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of NLR and MPV for predicting CHD was 0.746 and 0.713, respectively. Conclusion: NLR and MPV levels are in-dependent risk factors for CHD in patients with CHD.
