中小学研训一体化的现状和对策研究——以昆明市T校为例

Abstract:
研训一体化是指教学研究与教师培训进行有机整合的教师教育新模式。为了解研训一体的实施现状,本文采用深度访谈法对昆明市T校展开实地调研。调查发现,T校在开展研训一体化方面取得了较大成效,但存在以下不足:一是校与校之间缺乏合作交流;二是部分培训流于形式、多方培训重叠;三是教师自主选择性弱。针对以上问题,本文提出要加强校际交流合作和从教师需求出发,增加实践性培训以促进该校的研训一体化发展。
The integration of research and training is a new model of teacher education which integrates teaching research and teacher training. In order to understand the implementation status of the integration of research and training, this paper adopts the indepth interview method to carry out field research on T School in Kunming. It is found that T school has achieved great results in the integration of research and training, but there are the following shortcomings: first, the lack of cooperation and exchange between schools; second, part of the training is mere form, multi-training overlapping; third, teachers’ self-selectivity is weak. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes to strengthen inter-school exchanges and cooperation and increase practical training in order to promote the integrated development of research and training.
