区块链技术背景下有声书版权保护模式的研究
Research on the Copyright Protection Mode of Audiobooks under the Background of Blockchain Technology

随着科技的进步，我国有声书市场得到了飞速发展。但有声书在发展过程存在授权不清、权属不明、侵权容易和监管不足的问题。本文基于区块链技术的分布式账本、去中心化和智能合约的特点，对有声书版权保护模式进行分析，从而促进有声书市场更好的发展。
With the advancement of science and technology, China’s audiobook market has developed rapidly. However, in the development process of audiobooks, there are problems such as unclear authorization, unclear ownership, easy infringement and insufficient supervision. Based on the characteristics of distributed ledger, decentralization and smart contract of blockchain technology, this paper analyzes the copyright protection mode of audiobooks, so as to promote the better development of the audiobook market.
