“三全育人”视域下大学生心理危机干预中的辅导员角色定位
The Role of Counselors in Psychological Crisis Intervention for University Students under the Perspective of “Three Complete Education”

近年来，高校学生的心理健康问题和心理危机事件引起全社会越来越多的关注，一些由心理危机引发的恶性事件也受到国务院、教育部和其他相关部门的重视。在现今高校教育管理工作中，大学生心理健康教育和心理危机干预是高校花费大量精力资源应对的主要问题，也是高校日常管理过程中面临的主要难题。作为高校学生思想政治教育工作和日常生活管理的承担者，辅导员往往在大学生心理危机干预工作中扮演了重要角色，是心理危机干预的发现者、参与者、处理者和反馈者。现阶段，国内高校普遍形成了一套自己的危机干预处理办法，但仍然存在角色分工不明、应对水平不高的情况，辅导员在应对心理危机问题时也面临着各种各样的困境。因此，明确辅导员在高校大学生心理危机中的角色地位，将更好地发挥辅导员在危机干预中的作用，促进大学生心理健康发展，维护校园安全。2017年中共中央、国务院印发的《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》明确提出“三全育人”的原则后，“三全育人”原则已经成为高校学生工作的风向标，具有重要的理论与实践指导意义。如何在“三全育人”的原则指导下，发挥辅导员在心理危机预防和干预工作中的重要作用，是应对大学生心理危机必须要面对的研究课题。
In recent years, the psychological problems and psychological crises of university students have attracted more and more attention from the whole society. Some vicious incidents caused by psychological crises have also been emphasized by the State Council, the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments. In the current education and management of universities, psychological health education and crisis intervention of students are the main issues that universities need to spend a lot of energy and resources to deal with. Besides, they are also the main problem in the daily management of universities. As the person responsible for ideological and political education and daily life management of students, counselors often play a crucial role and they are the discoverers, participants, problem solvers and feedback providers in the intervention of psychological crises for university students. At present, domestic universities have generally formed a set of their own crisis intervention methods, but there is still an unclear division of roles and a low level of response. Counselors also face various difficulties in dealing with psychological crisis issues. Therefore, clarifying the role status of counselors in the psychological crises of university students will better play the role of counselors in the crisis intervention, promote the psychological health of students, cope with the psychological crises and maintain the safety of campus. Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in Universities under the New Situation, issued by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council in 2017, has clearly put forward the principle of “Three Complete Education”, which has already become the wind vane for management work of university students and has important theoretical and practical guiding significance. How to play the important role of counselors in psychological crisis prevention and intervention under the guidance of the principle of “Three Complete Education” is a research topic that must be faced to
