基于社会心理学的校园霸凌成因及干预对策

Abstract:
校园霸凌是当前干扰学生身心健康成长的突出问题之一，受到了全社会的高度重视。社会心理学理论为研究青少年个体和群体的心理和行为变化规律提供了分析工具，不仅强调社会与个体之间的相互作用，更重视个体的内在心理因素。基于社会心理学知识对其进行正向干预，能够帮助青少年提高自我认知的能力，掌握情绪管理与理性交往的技巧，培养敬畏生命和关爱同学的素养，从而避免校园霸凌事件的频发。
Campus bullying is one of the prominent issues that currently interfere with students’ physical and mental health growth, and has received high attention from the whole society. The theory of social psychology provides analytical tools for studying the psychological and behavioral changes of individual and group adolescents, emphasizing not only the interaction between society and individuals, but also the internal psychological factors of individuals. Positive intervention based on social psychology knowledge can help teenagers improve their self-awareness, master emotional management and rational communication skills, cultivate the literacy of respecting life and caring for classmates, and thus avoid the frequent occurrence of campus bullying incidents.
