Exploration on the Innovative Mathematical Talent Cultivation Model with the Integration of College and University, Platform and Industry

高等院校如何依托高水平科研平台探索人才培养新模式具有重要意义。本文介绍依托国家应用数学中心探索创新型数学人才培养，构建高校–平台–行业一体化创新型数学人才培养新模式的改革与实践，在充分发挥国家应用数学中心科技创新功能与作用的同时，也积极发挥国家应用数学中心的人才培养功能与作用。
It is of great significance for universities to explore a new mode of talent training based on high-level scientific research platforms. This paper introduces the reform and practice of exploring the cultivation of innovative mathematical talents and a new mode of cultivating innovative mathematical talents through the integration of university-platform-industry, relying on the National Center for Applied Mathematics. While giving full play to the scientific and technological innovation function and role of the National Center for Applied Mathematics, it also gives full play to the talent training function and role of the National Center for Applied Mathematics.
