基于空间生产理论下老旧城区更新研究——以济南市为例
Research on the Renewal of Old Urban Areas Based on Spatial Production Theory—Taking Jinan City as an Example

山东省济南市老旧城区是老济南曾经繁华一时的中间地段，伴随着济南城区的带状发展与外扩，老济南旧城区的繁荣已成历史，旧城区的公服与市政设施的配置已经随城市发展尽显老态，相关配置俨然已经成为经济发展的绊脚石，因此依据相关城市规划理论对济南市老旧城区的功能与设施配置改造成为当今社会发展的时代热题。本文从济南市老旧城区的历史遗留问题与未来发展状况为起点，结合空间生产理论分析了济南市老旧城区空间发展与城市功能创新建设的硬性条件，并针对现状问题归纳总结相应的旧城区改造手段，希望为济南市老旧城区和其他相关城市的老旧城区更新提供参考。
The old urban area of Jinan, Shandong Province, is the middle section of the old Jinan that was once prosperous. With the Ribbon development and expansion of the old Jinan urban area, the prosperity of the old Jinan urban area has become history. The public clothes and municipal facilities in the old urban area have become old with the development of the city, and the relevant configuration has become a stumbling block to economic development. Therefore, based on relevant urban planning theories, the functional and facility configuration transformation of the old urban area of Jinan has become a hot topic in today’s social development. Starting from the historical legacy issues and future development status of the old urban areas in Jinan, this article analyzes the hard conditions for the spatial development and urban functional innovation construction of the old urban areas in Jinan using the theory of spatial production. Based on the current problems, corresponding methods for the renovation of the old urban areas are summarized, hoping to provide reference for the renewal of the old urban areas in Jinan and other related cities.
