Abstract:

儿童作为特殊的消费群体,其认知、情感和行为特点与成年人存在显著差异,构建儿童保健品包装设计的评价体系,以优化和改善儿童群体的用药体验。本文以系统论为视角,以更加关注人与物之间相互关系的原则系统整合儿童保健品包装的体验度评价指标,使儿童保健品包装的信息设计、结构设计、功能设计等紧紧围绕与儿童群体“用药”事件相关的心理、行为、情境、思考等要素展开,提出从感官、行为、情感、思考、关联5个层面构建儿童保健品包装体验度的评价指标体系。确定了儿童保健品包装体验度设计评价的14项单项指标,提出了基于模糊综合评价的量化方法及其计算方式。
As a special consumer group, children have significant differences in cognitive, emotional and behavioral characteristics from adults. An evaluation system for packaging design of children’s health care products is constructed to optimize and improve the medication experience of children. From the perspective of system theory, this paper systematically integrates the experience evaluation indicators of children’s health care product packaging with the principle of paying more attention to the relationship between people and things, so that the information design, structure design, and function design of children’s health care product packaging are closely related to each other. The psychological, behavioral, situational, thinking and other elements re-lated to the “medication” event of the children’s group were expanded, and an evaluation index system for the packaging experience of children’s health care products was constructed from five levels: sensory, behavioral, emotional, thinking, and association. 14 individual indicators for the evaluation of packaging experience design of children’s health care products were determined, and a quantification method and calculation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were proposed.
