新时代中国特色大国外交理念的英译策略研究
A Study on English Translation Strategies of Major-Country Diplomacy with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

中国特色大国外交理念是新中国一贯的外交政策与思想在新时代的传承与发展。近几十年来，中国的现代化进程不断加快、国际地位不断提升、国际影响力也不断增强，我国提出的各种外宣政策、外交理念等都受到了国际社会的广泛关注，因此向国际社会宣传中国形象尤为重要且刻不容缓。本文以纽马克的交际翻译理论为指导，综合运用文献分析法、跨学科研究法以及语料库方法三种方法，结合一些检索工具的使用，对新时代中国特色大国外交理念的英译策略进行分析。笔者将从中国特色大国外交理念英译与意识形态互动关系、中国特色大国外交理念双语术语库建设以及中国特色大国外交理念的英译策略与方法三个层面展开研究，旨在提高新时代中国特色大国外交理念英译的质量和效度，丰富研究维度以及增进国际社会对于新时代中国特色大国外交理念的理解和认同。
The concept of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics is the inheritance and development of New China’s consistent foreign policy and thinking in the new era. In recent decades, China’s modernization process has been accelerated, its international status has been continuously enhanced, and its international influence has been continuously enhanced. Various foreign publicity policies and diplomatic ideas put forward by China have received the attention of the international community. Therefore, it is particularly important and urgent to publicize China’s image to the international community. With the guidance of Newmark’s communicative translation theory, this paper comprehensively uses three methods, namely literature analysis, interdisciplinary research and corpus method, combined with the use of some search tools to analyze the English translation strategies of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The authors will conduct research from three dimensions: the interactive relationship between the English translation and ideology of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics, the construction of a bilingual terminology database of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics and the English translation strategies and methods of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics, aiming to improve the quality and validity of the translation of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era, enrich the research dimension and enhance the international community’s understanding and recognition of the concept of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
