乡村振兴背景下农村互助养老模式的困境及对策建议
The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Rural Mutual Aid Pension Model under the Background of Rural Revitalization

农村互助养老是一种适合我国国情的新型就地式社会化养老服务模式，促进农村养老服务高质量发展是实施乡村振兴战略的内在要求。伴随着乡村振兴战略的稳步推进，我国农村地区养老体系获得不断创新与完善，养老服务质量不断提升，互助养老路径得到不断优化。但是农村互助养老模式在发展过程中也出现许多碎片化问题，这就需要结合乡村振兴战略，通过完善制度体系、拓宽资金来源渠道、创新互助模式、培植互助意识等多渠道，满足农村老人多元需求，推动农村互助养老持续健康发展。
Rural mutual assistance for the elderly is a new type of local socialized elderly care service model suitable for China’s national conditions. Promoting the high-quality development of rural elderly care services is an inherent requirement for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. With the steady progress of the rural revitalization strategy, the old-age care system in rural areas of China has been continuously innovated and improved, the quality of old-age care services has been continuously improved, and the path of mutual assistance has been continuously optimized. However, there are also many fragmentation problems in the development process of the rural mutual-aid pension model. This needs to be combined with the rural revitalization strategy, through improving the institutional system, broadening the sources of funds, innovating the mutual-aid model, cultivating mutual awareness and other channels, to meet the multiple needs of the rural elderly and promote the sustainable and healthy development of rural mutual-aid pension.
