Practical Exploration and Prospect of a New Model of National Fitness under the Background of “Metaverse”

元宇宙时代的到来为体育行业的发展注入了活力，由于元宇宙技术的特性，使现代科技与体育领域有机融合成为未来体育领域发展的重要方向。本文通过对现有理论技术层面进行分析和元宇宙全民健身模式的研究，运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法提出了元宇宙全民健身模式的实践道路，以期为体育事业的发展提供新方向、新思路、新模式。
The advent of the metaverse era has injected vitality into the development of the sports industry, and due to the characteristics of metaverse technology, the organic integration of modern tech-nology and the sports field has become an important direction for the development of the sports field in the future. Through the analysis of the existing theoretical and technical aspects and the research of the metaverse national fitness model, this paper proposes the practice path of the metaverse national fitness model by using the literature method and logical analysis method, in order to provide new directions, new ideas and new models for the development of sports.
