大学生心理健康团体心理辅导研究进展

Abstract:
自20世纪90年代初，团体心理辅导(简称团体辅导或团辅)这一心理辅导技术被引入我国，众多学者利用这种心理辅导技术有针对性地结合我国大学生心理特点，在高校的心理健康教育中发挥了巨大作用。本文结合对前人研究的统计整理，从当前团体心理辅导在大学生心理健康教育的应用现状以及研究方法，主题和方案中存在的问题进行描述，并提出对未来研究的思考与展望。
Since the early 90s of the 20th century, group psychological counseling (referred to as group coun-seling or group assistance) psychological counseling technology has been introduced into China, and many scholars have used this psychological counseling technology to combine the psychological characteristics of college students in China and played a huge role in mental health education in colleges and universities. Based on the statistical collation of previous research, this paper de-scribes the current application status of group psychological counseling in college students’ mental health education, as well as the problems existing in research methods, themes and programs, and puts forward the thinking and prospect of future research.
