新时代视角下高职院校思想政治教育与劳动教育的开展方式及实践途径
The Way and Practical Approaches of Ideological and Political Education and La-bor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the New Era

高职院校劳动教育作为思想政治教育重要组成部分，具有重要的育人意义。本文以新时代思想政治教育为视角，探究高职院校劳动教育的内涵、现实意义、理论溯源、现状与问题，以及开展方式及实践途径等方面，旨在为高职院校劳动教育的开展提供借鉴与启示。文章指出，高职院校应该注重将新时代思想政治教育的内涵与家风建设、校风建设、社会需要结合，形成协同实施机制，同时进行学科融合，校企行政四方联动，搭建劳动教育实践载体，以促进大学生全面发展。
As a fundamental part in ideological and political education, the labor education plays an important role in higher vocational colleges. According to the new era of ideological and political education guidance, the article probes into the connotation, practical significance, theoretical origin, current situation and problems of labor education in higher vocational colleges, as well as the ways of carrying out and practical approaches, in order to provide reference and inspiration for the development of labor education in higher vocational colleges. The article points out that higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the connotation of ideological and political education in the new era with the construction of family tradition, school spirit construction and social needs, to form a collaborative implementation mechanism, to carry out disciplinary integration, to form a linkage mechanism: school-enterprise-industry-government, and to build a carrier of labor education prac-tice in order to promote the overall development of college students.
