Abstract:

随着“互联网 + 教育”的不断发展,依靠网络教学平台的教学方式逐渐普及。本研究以超星学习通为例,运用问卷调查法和IPA分析法对学生感知重要性和满意度进行对比评价分析。结果显示,学生对超星学习通的安装渠道、系统兼容性、登陆方式等方面的期望和满意度均较高;但在个人信息安全、运行稳定性等方面需要进一步加强和改进。根据学生的使用评价,为网络教学平台的优化提供参考。
With the continuous development of “Internet plus Education models”, the teaching methods relying on online teaching platforms have gradually become popularized. In this study, students’ perceived importance and satisfaction were compared and analyzed using Questionnaire Survey and Importance-Performance Analysis, taking Superstar Learning as an example. The results show that students’ expectations and satisfaction with Superstar Learning are high in terms of installation channels, system compatibility, login methods, etc. However, further strengthening and improvement are needed in terms of personal information security and operational stability. According to the evaluation of students’ use, it provides reference for the optimization of the online teaching platform.
