双减背景下将陶行知生活教育融入师范生培养模式的策略探析

Abstract:

“双减”作为促进学生全面发展的重大举措与服务国家战略需求的重要部署,需将主阵地落实在学校,其前提是全面系统提升教师队伍素质加强教师教学与工作的能力。在这统一变革的教育环境下,如何打破传统教学模式,培养一批有创新意识与开拓精神的青年教师,是我们急需共同探讨的问题。本文分别从重视“教学做合一”理念的运用与建设以“中心学校”为基础的培养模式这两个角度论述了将陶行知生活教育理念融入师范生培养模式的策略,在此基础上分别从学习如何站在青少年的立场上观察世界、具备开拓精神敢于自我革命、培养求证精神提高求真能力这三个层面阐释了双减政策下以生活教育理论为指导切实提高教师素养的方法。旨在为师范类高校如何将陶行知生活教育理论融入师范生培养模式提供切实有效的建议,从而为培养全面发展的学生提供师资保障。
As a major measure to promote the comprehensive development of students and an important deployment to serve the national strategic needs, “double reduction” needs to be implemented in schools, with the premise of comprehensively and systematically improving the quality of the teaching team and strengthening the ability of teachers to teach and work. In this unified and changing educational environment, how to break the traditional teaching mode and cultivate a group of young teachers with innovative consciousness and pioneering spirit is an urgent issue that we need to explore together. This paper discusses the strategy of integrating Tao Xingzhi’s life education idea into the training model of normal school students from the two perspectives of emphasizing the application of the concept of “teaching and doing in one” and building a training model based on the “central school”. On this basis, the methods of effectively improving teacher literacy under the dual reduction policy are explained from three aspects: learning how to observe the world from the perspective of teenagers, possessing pioneering spirit and daring to self revolution, cultivating the spirit of seeking evidence and improving the ability to seek truth. Guided by the theory of life education, the methods of effectively improving teacher literacy under the dual reduction policy are discussed. The purpose is to provide practical and effective suggestions for normal colleges and universities on how to integrate Tao Xingzhi’s life education theory into the normal students’ training mode, so as to provide teachers’ guarantee for the cultivation of all- round students.
