医学专业教育教学过程中开展课程思政改革的思考

Abstract:

高质量医学人才是国家卫生事业持续发展的根本,高等医学院校是医学人才培养的主力军。高等医学院校必须贯彻落实习近平新时代有关教育论述的精神,坚守立德树人初心使命,把培养精于医术诚于人品的德才兼备的医学人才作为己任。医学专业课程作为医学人才培养的主阵地,如何在专业课程教学过程中融入思想政治教育,使专业课教学与思政课及思想政治教育相得益彰、协同育人是每一位教育者需要思考的问题。本文阐述了思想政治教育、思政课程、课程思政现状;从新时代对医学人才需求的角度提出课程思政在医学教育中的重要作用;介绍了我校在医学人才培养过程中开展课程思政改革的具体实践,为在临床医学专业教育教学过程中有效实施课程思政改革提供参考。
High quality medical talents are the basis for the sustainable development of the national health cause, and medical colleges and universities are the main force in the training of medical talents. As the main position of training medical talents, how to integrate the ideological and political education into the teaching process of professional courses, so that the teaching of professional courses, ideological and political courses and ideological and political education can complement each other and educate people in coordination, is a problem that every educator needs to think about. This article elaborated the ideological and political education, the ideological and political curriculum, the curriculum ideological and political status quo; From the perspective of the demand for medical talents in the new era, the important role of ideological and political curriculum in medical education is proposed; This paper introduces the specific practice of carrying out the ideological and political reform of the curriculum in the process of medical talent training in our school, which provides a reference for the effective implementation of the ideological and political reform of the curriculum in the process of clinical medical education and teaching.
