Abstract:

在测量紫铜管线热膨胀系数的实验中,通过改变紫铜管与引线式PT100温度传感器连接方式,以改变紫铜管与引线式PT100温度传感器间的导热介质,以探究紫铜管与引线式PT100温度传感器间不同的导热介质对紫铜管线热膨胀系数测定结果的影响。相关结果对提高学生对测量紫铜管线热膨胀系数实验的把握以及提高实验精确度有一定的积极意义,而且对减少金属热胀冷缩给生产生活带来的麻烦具有积极的指导意义。
In the experiment of measuring the thermal expansion coefficient of copper pipes, by changing the connection method between the copper pipe and the wire-based PT100 temperature sensor, the thermal media between the copper pipe and the wire-based PT100 temperature sensor are changed, so as to explore the effect of different thermal media between the copper pipe and the wire-based PT100 temperature sensor on the measurement results of the thermal expansion coefficient of the copper pipe. The relevant results have a certain positive impact on improving students’ grasp of the experiment of measuring the thermal expansion coefficient of copper pipe and improving the accuracy of the experiment, and have a positive guiding significance for reducing the trouble caused by metal thermal expansion and contraction in production and life.
