思想政治教育在大学生回流生源地就业中的作用探析

大学生是掌握先进科学知识和技术的“智力”人才，是生源所在地的潜在人才，是从当地走出来的、受过高等教育的优秀人才。鼓励大学生回流生源地就业不仅是推进人力资源均衡分布、实现大学生自我价值的有效途径，也是提升大学生人才的情感维系、归属感和扎根性的一种方式。思想政治教育通过转变就业观念、端正就业动机、提升职业道德等方面在大学生回流生源地就业中发挥作用。并以思想政治教育作用的发挥为视角，从优化社会教育环境、丰富思想政治教育路径、大力开展思想政治教育实践活动等方面探析发挥思想政治教育作用在大学生回流生源地就业中的路径。
College students are “intelligent” talents who master advanced scientific knowledge and technology, potential talents in their source areas, and outstanding talents who have come from the local area and received higher education. Encouraging college students to return to the place of origin for em-ployment is not only an effective way to promote the balanced distribution of human resources and realize the self-worth of college students, but also a way to enhance the emotional maintenance, sense of belonging and groundedness of college students. Ideological and political education plays a role in the employment of college students returning to their places of origin by changing employment concepts, correcting employment motivation, and improving professional ethics. And from the perspective of playing the role of ideological and political education, from the aspects of optimizing the social education environment, enriching the path of ideological and political education, and vig-orously carrying out ideological and political education practice activities, the path of giving play to the role of ideological and political education in the employment of college students returning to their places of origin is explored.
