炼乳生产技术相关专利分析及发展建议

Abstract:
以炼乳相关专利申请为分析样本,从炼乳申请量变化趋势、申请区域分布、技术领域、申请人等角度,对炼乳的全球专利和国内专利进行分析,结合我国炼乳行业发展实际现状,对我国炼乳行业的技术创新、知识产权保护提出建议,以供我国炼乳生产企业和相关科研机构参考。
Taking condensed milk related patent applications as the analysis sample, this paper analyzes the global and domestic patents of condensed milk from the perspectives of changes in the number of condensed milk applications, regional distribution of applications, technical fields, and applicants. Based on the actual development status of China’s condensed milk industry, suggestions are proposed for technological innovation and intellectual property protection in the condensed milk industry, for reference by Chinese condensed milk production enterprises and relevant scientific research institutions.
