穴位电刺激联合连续髂筋膜间隙阻滞多模式早期干预降低老年髋部骨折患者术后谵妄发生率的临床研究
Clinical Research on Acupoint Electrical Stimulation Combined with Continuous Fascia Iliaca Space Block and Multimodal Early Intervention to Reduce the Incidence of Postoperative Delirium in Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

目的：探讨穴位电刺激联合连续髂筋膜间隙阻滞多模式早期干预降低老年髋部骨折患者术后谵妄发生率的临床效果。方法：选择36例老年髋部骨折患者为对象，由专人根据计算机随机数字表将患者随机分组，每组18例。对照组行超声引导行连续髂筋膜间隙阻滞，观察组行超声引导行连续髂筋膜间隙阻滞，阻滞成功后，予穴位电刺激，1次/12小时，每次30 min，直至手术。结果：观察组多模式早期干预效果优于对照组，术后谵妄发生率低于对照组，P < 0.05。结论：穴位电刺激联合连续髂筋膜间隙阻滞多模式早期干预降低老年髋部骨折患者的作用显著，术后谵妄发生率明显降低。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint electrical stimulation combined with contin-uous fascial iliaca space block multimodal early intervention in reducing the incidence of postoper-ative delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods: 36 elderly patients with hip fracture were selected as subjects, and the patients were randomly divided into groups according to the computer random number table, with 18 cases in each group. The control group underwent ultra-sound-guided continuous fascia iliaca space block, and the observation group underwent ultra-sound-guided continuous fascia iliaca space block. After the block was successful, acupoint electrical stimulation was given, once/12 hours, 30 min each time, until surgery. Results: The effect of multi-modal early intervention in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative delirium was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclu-sion: Acupoint electrical stimulation combined with continuous fascia iliaca space block multimodal early intervention has a significant effect on reducing the incidence of postoperative delirium in el-derly patients with hip fracture.
