老年人网络信息交流中数字鸿沟问题
The Issue of Digital Divide in Online Information Exchange among the Elderly

随着信息技术的发展，互联网已经成为人们获取信息的主要途径之一。本文基于日常生活中老年人的信息交流情景，探讨数字鸿沟问题在老年群体网络信息交流中的体现以及相应解决办法和建议。通过对相关文献的调研发现：当下信息化发展飞速，老年人口作为占比1/4的群体，其网络信息交流的能力却并不乐观。基于对所收集的信息进行分析，本文认为老年群体在网络信息交流中的数字鸿沟问题主要是受到信息渠道的限制和个人意愿缺失所致。基于此，本文提出了相应的解决办法，以缩小数字鸿沟，助力老年群体乐享数字生活。
With the development of information technology, the Internet has become one of the main ways for people to obtain information. This article is based on the information exchange scenarios of the elderly in daily life, exploring the reflection of the digital divide problem in the online infor-mation exchange of the elderly population, as well as corresponding solutions and suggestions. Through research on relevant literature, it has been found that with the rapid development of information technology, the elderly population, who account for 1/4 of the population, are not optimistic about their ability to communicate online information. Based on the analysis of the collected information, this article believes that the digital divide problem of the elderly population in online information exchange is mainly caused by the limitations of information channels and the lack of personal willingness. Based on this, this article proposes corresponding solutions to narrow the digital divide and help the elderly enjoy a digital life.
