果树新品种转化推广存在的问题及对策建议——以北京市农林科学院林业果树科学研究所为例
Problems and Countermeasures of Transformation and Popularization of New Fruit Varieties—Taking the Institute of Forestry and Fruit Tree Science, Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry as an Example

以北京市农林科学院林业果树科学研究所成果转化的探索实践为例，总结了果树新品种新技术转化推广过程中存在的问题，建议通过搭建政府主导的交易平台、完善成果转化人才评价和激励机制、建立果树扶贫产业基地、深化科研机构体制改革、加强知识产权保护、建立农业保险补贴制度等措施，形成政府部门牵头、科研机构支撑、龙头企业带动、果农受益的“四位一体”的协同转化模式，最终实现果农增收致富，果树产业健康发展。
Taking the exploration and practice of fruit transformation in the Forestry and Fruit Science Research Institute of Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of fruit tree new varieties and new technology transformation and promotion, and suggests that build a government-led trading platform, improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism of talent for fruit transformation, establish a fruit tree poverty alleviation industrial base, deepen the institutional reform of scientific research institutions, strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, establish agricultural insurance subsidy system and other measures to form a “four-in-one” coordinated transformation model led by government departments, supported by scientific research institutions, led by leading enterprises and benefited by fruit farmers, and finally realize the income increase of fruit farmers and the healthy development of fruit industry.
