乡村振兴背景下农村实用人才队伍建设研究——以W县为例
Research on the Construction of Rural Practical Talent Team under the Background of Rural Revitalization—Taking W County as an Example

党的二十大报告提出了“加快建设农业强国”的战略要求，指出了“人才是第一资源”的战略路径。乡村要振兴，人才是关键，农村实用人才是促进乡村振兴的决定性因素和最大驱动力。本文以重庆市W县为研究对象，以乡村振兴战略为背景，研究农村实用人才队伍建设的问题。通过对W县农村实用人才队伍建设的现状、存在的问题及相应原因的分析，提出了优化该县农村实用人才队伍建设的措施。有助于探索农村实用人才队伍建设对推动我国乡村振兴战略实施的现实意义，为我国巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、促进农村经济发展提供稳定的人才保障。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the strategic requirement of “accelerating the construction of an agricultural power” and pointed out the strategic path of “talent is the first resource”. Talents are the key to rural revitalization, and practical talents in rural areas are the decisive factor and the greatest driving force in promoting rural revitalization. This article takes W County, Chongqing City as the research object, and takes the rural revitalization strategy as the background to study the construction of practical talent teams in rural areas. By analyzing the current situation, existing problems, and corresponding reasons of the construction of the rural practical talent team in W County, measures to optimize the construction of the rural practical talent team in the county are proposed. It helps to explore the practical significance of building a practical talent team in rural areas in promoting the implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy, and provides stable talent protection for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural economic development in China.
