乡村振兴战略背景下农村养老服务的现实困境与发展对策
The Realistic Dilemma and Development Countermeasures of Rural Elderly Care Services under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

近年来，随着我国人口年龄结构和社会经济结构的改变，人口老龄化问题在农村越来越严重，使得乡村老人赡养问题面临着巨大的挑战，农村养老服务的完善任重道远。2023年中央一号文件指出强国必先强农，农强方能国强。农村养老作为“三农”问题的一部分，只有不断将其中存在的问题解决，提高农村养老服务的质量，才能推动乡村振兴的整体目标的实现。因此，本文基于目前我国农村养老的主要模式，提出农村养老服务存在的困境，最后针对困境提出相应的发展对策，进而推动乡村的振兴与发展。

In recent years, with the changes in the age structure and socio-economic structure of China’s population, the problem of population aging has become increasingly serious in rural areas, making the issue of supporting the elderly in rural areas face huge challenges. The improvement of rural elderly care services has a long way to go. In 2023, the No. 1 central document of the Central Committee pointed out that a strong country must first strengthen agriculture, and only when agriculture is strong can the country be strong. Rural elderly care as a part of the “three rural issues” only by continuously solving the existing problems improving the quality of rural elderly care services, can the overall goal of rural revitalization be achieved. Therefore, based on the current main models of rural elderly care in China, this article proposes the difficulties in rural elderly care services, and finally proposes corresponding development strategies to promote the revitalization and development of rural areas.
