Abstract:

当今数字科技发展迅速,区块链技术应用于绿色金融体系建设后,不仅会影响原有绿色金融风险控制评价体系的指标集,也会给传统金融风险评价体系中的指标集的值带来一定的影响。区块链技术可以解决云南省绿色金融信息不对称,绿色金融标准数据化以及量化环境成本收益率等现实问题。为了适应“绿色经济”的发展要求,减少供绿色金融的运作成本,优化绿色能源资源配置,促进低碳、节能、新能源、环保等领域的发展,实现传统企业绿色转型,云南省绿色金融可以引入区块链技术,以实现绿色金融体系建设的新发展。
With the rapid development of digital technology today, the application of blockchain technology in the construction of the green financial system will not only affect the index set of the original green financial risk control evaluation system, but also bring a negative impact on the value of the index set in the traditional financial risk evaluation system, to a certain extent. Blockchain technology can solve practical problems, such as information asymmetry in green finance in Yunnan Province, digitization of green finance standards, and quantification of environmental cost-return rates. In order to adapt to the development requirements of “green economy”, reduce the operating cost of green finance, optimize the allocation of green energy resources, promote the development of low-carbon, energy-saving, new energy, environmental protection and other fields, and realize the green transformation of traditional enterprises, green finance in Yunnan Province can Introduce blockchain technology to achieve new developments in the construction of a green financial system.
