基于NB-IoT的燃气预警装置远程测试系统设计

Abstract:
随着社会经济的快速发展,我国能源需求日益增长,人们对燃气使用的安全性也越来越重视。但由于天然气本身不稳定并且容易泄漏,燃气安全问题一直是人们关注的重点。为实现燃气的实时在线检测,本文设计并完成基于NB-IoT技术的燃气预警装置远程测试系统。系统设计分为硬件和软件设计,其中硬件由NB-IoT模块、蜂鸣器、气体传感器模块、压力传感器模块、微控制器构成。在完成系统软硬件构建之后,对其进行模拟实验测试。实验结果表明,该系统运行稳定,能够及时、准确地对城市燃气管网进行预警,有效预防燃气泄漏事故,从而保障城市燃气安全运行。
With the rapid development of the social economy, China’s energy demand is increasing, and people are paying more and more attention to the safety of gas use. However, due to the instability and vul-nerability of natural gas to leakage, gas safety has always been a focus of attention. To achieve re-al-time online detection of gas, this article designs and completes a remote testing system for gas warning devices based on NB IoT technology. The system design is divided into hardware and soft-ware design, where the hardware consists of NB IoT module, buzzer, gas sensor module, pressure sensor module, and microcontroller. After completing the system software and hardware construc-tion, conduct simulation experiments and tests on it. The experimental results show that the sys-tem operates stably, can timely and accurately warn the urban gas pipeline network, effectively prevent Gas leak accidents, and thus ensure the safe operation of urban gas.
