黄芪桂枝五物汤临证验案举隅
Clinical Application of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction

芪桂枝五物汤出自《金匮要略？血痹虚劳病脉证并治第六》，是张仲景用于治疗“血痹”病的经典名方，在现代中医临床中应用广泛。笔者认为“气虚血弱”为黄芪桂枝五物汤的根本病机，把握这一病机核心，将其应用于相似病机的多种疾病，如颈椎病、中风后遗症、汗出偏沮、慢性肝炎等治疗，深谙“辨证论治”之法。
Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction comes from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber？the Sixth Treatment of Pulse Syndrome of Deficiency and Fatigue of Blood Bi, which is a classic prescription used by Zhang Zhongjing to treat “Blood Bi”, and is widely used in modern Chinese medicine. The author thinks that “Qi deficiency and blood weakness” is the basic pathogenesis of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction. Grasp the core of this pathogenesis, apply it to a variety of diseases with similar pathogenesis, such as Cervical spondylosis, stroke sequelae, sweat out partial fall, chronic hepatitis, etc., and be familiar with the method of “syndrome differentiation and treatment”.
