乡村振兴战略下县域女性创业就业金融支持调查研究——以山东“巾帼系列贷”和河南“巧媳妇”工程为例
Research on Financial Support for County Women’s Entrepreneurship and Employment under the Rural Revitalization Strategy—Taking Shandong’s “Women’s Series Loan” and Henan’s “Skilled Daughter-in-Law” Project as Examples

随着“大众创业，万众创新”和乡村振兴战略的提出，我国深入贯彻落实科学发展观，不断创新工作载体，搭建服务平台，使女性在促进经济平稳较快发展中发挥了越来越重要的作用。然而受新冠疫情的影响，创业特别是实体创业受到很大程度的影响，使得创业停摆或者由于资金不足等问题最终难以为继。基于以上，本课题围绕乡村振兴战略下县域女性创业就业现状与问题在山东省青州市、河南省漯河市对“巾帼系列贷”和“巧媳妇”工程展开调查研究，采取问卷调查和个别访谈法，进一步了解当地金融机构对县域女性创业提供的支持与服务及存在的问题，通过对两地存在的问题的对比，总结出了相同点与不同点，并且针对问题提出相应的对策建议。
With the proposal of the “mass entrepreneurship, innovation” and rural revitalization strategy, China has deeply implemented the Scientific Outlook on Development, continuously innovated work carriers, and built service platforms, enabling women to play an increasingly important role in promoting stable and rapid economic development. However, due to the impact of the COVID-19, entrepreneurship, especially physical entrepreneurship, has been greatly affected, which makes it difficult to sustain entrepreneurship in the end due to the suspension of entrepreneurship or lack of funds. Based on the above, this topic focuses on the current situation and problems of women's entrepreneurship and employment in the county under the rural revitalization strategy, and conducts research on the “Women’s Series Loan” and “Skillful Daughter in Law” projects in Qingzhou City, Shandong Province and Luohe, Henan Province. By using questionnaires and individual interviews, we further understand the support and services provided by local financial institutions to women’s entrepreneurship in the county and the existing problems, Summarized similarities and differences, and proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problem.
